A great travel show can be almost as great as great travel itself. There’s nothing like the real thing, of course, but for those on a budget, or those looking for travel recommendations, travel shows and documentaries can be very helpful. We’ve put together an amazing list of shows to stream about all of the beautiful, strange, and mysterious places in the world, including some you wouldn’t go to even if you could.

Featuring food and cooking, comedy, drama, and some celebrity appearances, you’ll see the world from an entirely new perspective. Travel shows can inspire, captivate, and above all else, remind us of how vast and wonderful the world really is.

Whitehall’s effortless charm makes the two a wonderful odd couple, and their adventures are filled with both whimsy and genuine moments of bonding between the two. Whitehall’s show is so good in part because he grounds it in an experience that all travelers are familiar with: The pains and joy of traveling with family.

Featuring the late great Anthony Bourdain, No Reservations follows the esteemed chef and writer around the world for 15 long seasons as he eats his way toward bliss. Unlike other food shows, Street Food spends each episode highlighting the intense personal connection between the meals and the people who make them. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds, then pretend you can smell all the smells.

This hack will mean you never miss your favorite sport
Baseball stadium at night

Earlier this year, T-Mobile offered its subscribers a chance to claim a free subscription to MLB.TV. It's an offer that may have lured many to switch providers, but the offer was only available for a brief period, so some people likely missed it. Thankfully, T-Mobile has now re-upped the offer, giving its customers another chance to access the service. The offer began in May, and T-Mobile will let you claim it through July 17 so you can watch as many MLB games under the new rules as you want. And that's not all — if you love MLS and soccer as much as you love baseball, you'll get access to those games, too.
